Before the shoot
What type of clients do you work with?
Coaches, consultants and founders who need professional imagery that builds credibility and attracts the right clients. We do not work with product brands or retail businesses. Every shoot is built around the individual and their professional presence.
How does the process work?
Every shoot starts with a brief. We go through what you need, which platforms matter to you, and how many scenes will cover your requirements. From there we prepare a shot list, suggest locations, and give you wardrobe guidance so the shoot day runs without friction.
Do I need to come with ideas?
No. That is what the pre-shoot consultation is for. You bring yourself. We handle the creative direction, the shot list, and the technical side of making it all look right. Most people arrive slightly nervous and leave saying it was far more relaxed than they expected.
What should I wear?
Wear something that makes you feel confident and fits how you present yourself professionally. Avoid strong patterns, logos, or very bright colours. If you are bringing multiple outfits we will talk through them on the pre-shoot call. Wardrobe guidance is included in every package.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50 per cent deposit secures your date. The balance is due on the day of the shoot.
On the day
What if I am nervous in front of a camera?
Most people are. Full creative direction is included in every package for exactly this reason. You will not be left to figure out where to stand or what expression to hold. The direction is continuous, the pace is calm, and the brief ensures we always know what we are working towards.
Where do the shoots take place?
Locations are agreed as part of the brief. We work across London, Brighton, Surrey, Kent and Sussex. For coaches and consultants, a combination of office or studio space and an outdoor location tends to give the best range of images across your platforms.
After the shoot
How long does it take to receive the final images?
Your edited gallery is delivered within three to five days of the shoot.
How many images do I receive?
That depends on the package. The Essential Set includes 10 edited images. The Brand Session includes 70. The Full Brief includes 150 or more. Additional images can be purchased from the gallery at £15 per image. Full details are on the pricing page.
Can I use the images on LinkedIn and social media?
Yes. Every package includes a full commercial licence for unlimited digital and print use. There is no restriction on where or how often you use them.
Who owns the images?
Fields of Growth Photography retains the copyright. You receive a full commercial licence that covers unlimited digital and print use for an unlimited period. This is standard practice across the industry and is set out clearly in the contract you sign before the shoot.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes. Every image is professionally edited and colour graded. We do not apply heavy retouching. The editing is there to present you at your best, not to make you look like someone else.
What if I am not happy with the images?
We allow up to two rounds of editing revisions after gallery delivery. Final approval must be provided within seven days of receiving the gallery.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the shoot result in the loss of the deposit. If we need to reschedule for any reason, we will find a new date that works.
